2. Scope of the contract

4. Price

The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. Prices are detailed in each article and include VAT. (Value Added Tax). The amount of shipping costs is indicated to the Customer in detail at the time the order is placed.

5. Payment methods

Payment will be made upon completion of the purchase process and will be an essential condition for its formalization. In no case can payment be made later. Payment through deferred procedures such as cash on delivery or transfer is not accepted. Accepted payment methods: you can pay with a Visa®, Mastercard® or American Express® or Maestro credit card. In any case, the choice of payment method is made during the purchase process on the corresponding screen. 6. Delivery

The delivery time will be a maximum of 4 calendar days from the purchase (including the order processing time). The delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the Client, taking into account the following characteristics:

Ceuta and Melilla:Post Office: €5.43

Recipient absence:

7. Returns and withdrawal.

General information about returns

At Isondú Joyas we want you to be completely satisfied with the jewelry you have purchased. If not, we will refund your money. To ensure that all the Isondú products that you purchase and arrive at your home are new, we have thought of the following:

We encounter the problem that if we allow returns on our jewelry, how can we ensure that the person who returns it has not used it? Our products will arrive in a sealed transparent bag. In this way you will be able to see and check its size, color, shape... and ultimately, know if you fall in love with it.

Therefore, it is essential not to remove this seal to be able to make changes or returns. It is this protector, which allows us to guarantee that the product has not been opened or used. If it is withdrawn, we cannot guarantee it, so we do not accept changes or returns.

In addition, we take great care that our jewelery travels safely in our packaging and reaches you in perfect condition.

Deadlines for returns

Once you receive the order you have 14 days for returns.

In order to return any Isondú product, you must keep the original protective seal intact, otherwise the return will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If you return the order, you will be refunded the amount minus the shipping cost.

If the shipping method was free shipping, the entire order will be refunded minus €3.36 for preparation, handling and shipping.

In case of partially returning the order, only the price paid for the returned products will be refunded.

Return management

To request a return you must request it through our email isondu@isondujoyas.com. Then you only have to respond with the information we ask for to process your request. We will always answer you within a period of 24-48 working hours and we will explain the process to follow.

Remember that what you send us is only a request, until we answer you the return will not be processed.

Once the return is approved and it is confirmed that the order HAS NOT BEEN OPENED, and is WITHIN THE DEADLINE, you must send us the product perfectly packaged (preferably with our packaging). Remember that shipping is at your expense and you must ensure that it reaches us correctly at the indicated address. You must have a tracking number to be able to control the shipment. We will not be responsible for losses.

Return of damaged, defective or incorrect delivery products

Our products always pass a quality control before being shipped, but if you still receive a damaged or defective product once received, or the product received is not the one you originally requested, you must contact us as soon as you become aware of the problem and We will proceed to resolve the situation. To do this, you must send some photographs showing the flaw or defect of the product to the email isondu@isondujoyas.com.

We will replace the piece with a new one, or in the case of out of stock, with a voucher or another product from our website.

In case of defects, we would only refund if the package has not been opened, if it has been opened and/or used, we would replace the part with the same one, or if it is out of stock, with a voucher.

Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to voluntarily withdraw from his purchase without the need for justification within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. The guarantee seal may not be open.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the decision to withdraw from the contract to the owner, through an unequivocal statement by writing an email to info@isondidoyas.com.

The customer must send the products they wish to return at their own expense to the address indicated above and bear the shipping costs, attaching the purchase receipt received with the confirmation of their order. In no case will returns to postage due be accepted.

The owner will refund the corresponding amount, excluding the standard shipping costs of the initial delivery, by the same means of payment with which it was paid. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods.

8. Product availability

If there are incidents regarding its supply or if there are no products in stock, the Client will be informed immediately and the amount of the product or products out of stock will be refunded. The holder will refund the corresponding amount without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed. The refund will be made by the same payment method with which it was paid.

9. Guarantee of purchased products

The guarantee offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and in Law 23/2003, of July 10, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods. The owner will be liable for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery.
